Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for aggregate statistical analysis, as it can no longer be used to identify any individual.

There is no fee for exercising your data rights. If your request is complex or numerous, we may extend the response period by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial 30-day window.
The fore4d platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager. fore4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process, and fore4d employs automated checks at the registration stage to identify potential underage registrations. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, KYC verification will be required before any further access is granted, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the payment source after investigation.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered an account on fore4d, please contact us immediately via the channels listed in Clause 16 so that we can take prompt action to close the account and return any deposited funds.
fore4d may send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, match promotions, seasonal campaign announcements aligned with Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or major sporting events like BRI Liga 1 finals and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — where you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications at the time of registration or through your account settings.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by: updating your communication preferences within your account settings; clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email; or contacting our support team directly via the channels listed in Clause 16. Withdrawal of marketing consent will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications related to your account — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts — which are sent as a necessary part of the service.
fore4d does not sell, license, or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Any promotional communication you receive purporting to be from fore4d that you did not opt in to receive should be reported to our support team, as it may indicate a phishing attempt.
