Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the fore4d platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by every clause set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a fore4d account. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved.
Each individual may hold only one active fore4d account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and subject to immediate suspension with forfeiture of any promotional balances.
All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits. Misuse of promotions, including bonus abuse or multi-accounting, results in forfeiture.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraud constitute material breaches of these Terms. fore4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which fore4d holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under that jurisdiction's rules.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context so requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Access to and use of the fore4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the Platform:
Important: By completing the registration process, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information in respect of age, identity, or residency is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any funds derived from ineligible use.
To access real-money services on fore4d, you must complete the Account registration process. The following terms govern that process and your ongoing Account obligations:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date by contacting our support team if any detail changes.
Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. fore4d employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated Accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the underlying winnings may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. fore4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via the email or live-chat channel listed in Clause 17.
All Accounts on fore4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are credited in IDR at the time of receipt.
fore4d is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification procedures — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before approving any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's Account lifetime where our compliance team determines it necessary.
fore4d will use reasonable endeavors to complete KYC review within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. During this period, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. Deposits and wagering activity may continue unless a compliance concern warrants a temporary restriction.
If a Player fails to provide adequate KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, fore4d reserves the right to restrict the Account to deposit and play only (no withdrawals), or to close the Account entirely. In cases of closure due to KYC non-compliance, the real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method where technically feasible.
fore4d accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian local payment methods. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
The following deposit channels are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. fore4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove deposit methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where operationally feasible.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction, unless a specific promotional campaign specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated through the Platform's deposit interface.
Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to a Player's Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made during system maintenance windows or outside standard banking hours may experience delays. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally credited instantly. fore4d is not liable for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider's own processing systems.
fore4d does not store full payment account numbers. All deposit transactions are processed over encrypted connections using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Players should never share their banking PIN or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any party claiming to represent fore4d — our team will never ask for these details.
fore4d is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. All withdrawals are subject to the conditions set out in this clause and to the successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless our compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from unauthorized withdrawal attempts. Supported withdrawal channels mirror the deposit methods listed in Clause 5.1.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface of your Account. Players with a verified Account in good standing may request limit increases by contacting our support team.
Withdrawal requests submitted and approved before 20:00 WIB on a standard business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours to the Player's registered bank account or e-wallet. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB, on public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day, and other nationally observed holidays), or during scheduled system maintenance may be processed on the next available business day. fore4d targets same-day withdrawal processing as a standard of service and will communicate any delays proactively.
fore4d does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own inter-bank transfer fees, over which fore4d has no control. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider prior to submitting a withdrawal request.
fore4d reserves the right to require that a deposit has been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is approved, in order to prevent deposit-and-withdraw behavior that circumvents payment processing costs. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7.
fore4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general bonus terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer.
fore4d actively monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, voiding of associated winnings, and Account suspension:
Specific promotions may be restricted to Players in particular regions, Players who have not previously claimed a similar promotion, or Players who have deposited within a defined time window. Promotional eligibility criteria are published alongside each offer. fore4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not adversely affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
Note on Seasonal Promotions: fore4d may offer special promotional campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 finals and FIFA World Cup qualifiers involving Timnas Indonesia. These campaigns carry their own specific terms and are time-limited by nature.
All wagering activity on the fore4d platform is subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.
Sportsbook wagers — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are settled in accordance with fore4d's published sports-betting rules for each market. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets are settled according to the applicable sport's specific rules (e.g., football bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and other competitions follow the specific competition rules as detailed in the sportsbook section of the Platform). Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled using the final official result as confirmed by the governing competition body.
Live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and game-show-style titles — are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and constitute the binding rules of play. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, the game studio's own dispute resolution procedure applies.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on the Platform are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. fore4d does not control draw outcomes. Wager payouts are calculated according to the odds published at the time a ticket is purchased and are not subject to adjustment after draw results are confirmed.
Slot titles and other Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are supplied by certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), Spribe, NetEnt, and others. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is available within the game's information panel. RNG outputs have been independently tested and certified. fore4d does not manipulate RNG outcomes.
fore4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager placed in error (including manifest pricing errors), placed in breach of these Terms, or placed in circumstances where fore4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or match manipulation. Where a Wager is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's real-money Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fore4d platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Fraud & Financial Crime: fore4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Indonesia and internationally in relation to suspected money laundering, fraud, and financial crime. Suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Player funds identified as proceeds of crime are subject to freezing and forfeiture.
fore4d may suspend or close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider; or receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring restriction of the Account.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting fore4d support via the channels listed in Clause 17. Upon closure, the real-money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC checks.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. fore4d will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 to the Account Balance. Once the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any updated KYC requirements.
fore4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Players must be 21 years of age or older. Self-Exclusion: Players may request immediate self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently at any time by contacting fore4d support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, prevent the Player from depositing, wagering, or receiving marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.
All content on the fore4d platform — including but not limited to the fore4d brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is the property of fore4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of fore4d or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use of fore4d's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fore4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fore4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
fore4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
fore4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, game studios, and KYC verification services — and with law enforcement authorities where legally required. fore4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — fore4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.2. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fore4d's international gaming license is issued. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents fore4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce a payment obligation.

fore4d aims to acknowledge all written enquiries within 24 hours and to resolve substantive complaints within 5 business days. Complex matters — particularly those involving KYC review, fraud investigation, or disputed bet settlements — may require additional time, and Players will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.
Regulatory Complaints: If you are not satisfied with fore4d's resolution of your complaint, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the regulatory body that issued fore4d's gaming license. Details of the relevant regulatory authority are available upon request from our support team.
